Premium quality pasture raised beef. A half beef usually weighs roughly 400 lbs carcass weight which will produce approximately 260lbs of consumable meat. $3.15/lb carcass weight plus processing.  A non-refundable deposit of $300 due upon reservation. Processing is a seperate fee paid to Bloomington Meats.
